Specific Strategic goals
IMPROVE OPPORTUNITIES FOR AND BUILD CAPACITY OF EARLY-AND MID-CAREER PROFESSIONALS AND YOUNG GRADUATES

Our skills development programs address the relevant labour market knowledge, skill, and competency limitations of young graduates across Africa that are finding their university degrees not just enough to secure gainful employment in the current market or to create employment for themselves.

EQUITABLE AND INCLUSIVE WORKFORCE AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP ECOSYSTEMS

We build, nurture, grow, and leverage a thriving workforce and entrepreneurship ecosystems to meet our objectives for our trainees by promoting a holistic approach that fosters collaboration among stakeholders whether individuals, companies, or technologies that might have interdependent and/or complementary relationships for job creation, innovation, skills and competency development.

BUILD DYNAMIC SKILLED AND ENTREPRISING COMMUNITIES THAT COLLABORATE

We continue to provide professional development support to our Alumni, through mentorship initiatives, networking events, workshops, sharing of job and training opportunities, and the creation, growth, and sustainability of entrepreneurial ventures within Africa.

BUILD DYNAMIC ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND GRADUATE EMPLOYABILITY RESEARCH COMMUNITIES IN AFRICA THAT COLLABORATE

We support, commission and collaborate with universities, research institutions and business/industry to conduct research that helps understand and/facilitate graduate employability, encourage entrepreneurial activities, facilitate the establishment and growth of businesses, and/ provide policy makers with compelling evidence on how they can build a stronger link between their higher education sector and the labour market.

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

We value the vital relationship with our stakeholders in the funding ecosystem, and work towards increasing our influence and base in the region and internationally.
